Job Summary:

Our well respected client in the automotive industry is seeking a part time Administrative Assistant/Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate must have excellent telephone and customer service skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, strong data entry skills and the ability multitask in a fast paced environment. This is currently a temporary position and the hours are Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 7:30 am-12:00 pm. The hourly rate will be $11 to $12 an hour.



  • Answer phones and deliver messages as needed
  • Order entry and invoicing
  • Maintain and dispose of records according to appropriate record keeping policies
  • Data entry
  • All other duties as assigned
