You'll be key in overseeing the operational activities of the company. You’ll hire key managers to oversee the service end of operations and be pivotal in executing the launch of a new sales initiative with our warehouse team. You’ll implement tools to measure, change and evolve our operational performance. Two years from now, you will look back and see that you were a key hero to the success of KELTEK and an integral member of the executive team.

 Success Factor Snapshot

  • Within 30 Days - Understand KELTEK structure, Key Customers (top 25) and KELTEK Strategic Plan (1 year, 3 year, 10 year) 
  • Within 60 Days – Identify, create & implement a plan for 3 key areas for efficiency gains for the service side of operations (Tech/Install). 
  • Within 6 Months – Hire and train new shop manager.  Plan to include key success factors and metrics for department.  Develop & implement department metrics and manage teams with output for improved success.  In conjunction with sales, oversee execution of warehouse initiative and develop metrics to monitor success of initiative (within operations).
  • Within 1 Year – Fully running/overseeing all operational aspects of KELTEK.  In conjunction with the department budget(s), develop an operational plan to include forecasting for labor/service revenue and identify opportunities to drive efficiencies through process improvements.  Plan also to include personnel needs for current workload and plan for growth.
