This position will focus on part analysis using fixtures and protocol to test individual parts or processes against established customer standards.


Key Job Duties:

  • Execute part performance test plans and automated scripts using standard testing tools and job specific software programs.
  • Analyze and evaluate test results; generate performance metric reports and provide recommendations.
  • Good understanding of performance testing concepts, types of system performance tests and their goals.
  • Good mechanical background, able to solve problems with testing equipment and software, able to perform root cause analysis.
  • Communicate with appropriate parties regarding product failures or anomalies.
  • Communicate with Engineer about issues related to work instructions and processes


Specific Job Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work within spreadsheets, databases, and word documents
  • Experience in composites (preferred)
  • Strong and collaborative relationships with management, peers and production team members
  • Desire to learn
  • Mechanical aptitude or background
  • Good hand-eye coordination
  • Good attention to detail
  • Able to kneel, bend, and occasionally lift 50lbs



Job Schedule:

Day shift hours: Shift time 7:00 A.M. – 4:00 P.M., weekend work is frequent, mandatory overtime as needed. May require working past normal end of shift time.
