In support of our rapid growth, BirdDogHR is looking for experienced Mid-Market Software Representatives to join our team and grow revenue within the Talent Management software-as-a-service industry. This will be a work from home position. As a member of the BirdDogHR sales team, you will help drive productivity by closing new business deals and driving revenue!
The Sales team is responsible for driving revenue from targeted SMB and mid-market companies (1,000+ employees) by selling BirdDogHR software and services. Sales Representatives will be responsible for lead follow-up, cold calling, scheduling discovery calls, software demonstrations, managing sales cycles, forecasting and closing business opportunities. This is a full-time, exempt position; reports directly to the VP of Sales.
