Absolute Infrastructure (AI) is an Absolute Group company that specializes in residential, commercial, and municipal infrastructure construction. AI provides full site development, including: sanitary sewer, water main, storm sewer and grading and earthwork. AI also offers a variety of groundwork services like trucking and hauling, basement excavation and backfill, finish grading and directional drilling.

Job Description: We’re looking to hire a Equipment Operator to join our Absolute Infrastructure team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating commercial equipment and have a valid driver’s license. Equipment Operators are responsible for safely driving and operating commercial vehicles and equipment for infrastructure construction projects. This includes, but is not limited to, main line hoes, end loaders, hoe packers, GPS-equipped dozers, scrapers, and skid loaders. Equipment Operators are also responsible for loading and unloading equipment and freight. Equipment Operators must be able to think critically and use good judgement in order to detect, minimize, and eliminate hazards on construction projects. Equipment Operators must comply with safety and DOT regulations and are required to complete continuous training.Some infrastructure construction projects require in-state travel and overnight stays. A typical schedule is Monday-Friday, but could vary based on project timelines. Saturday hours are occasional and based on demand.
Job Requirements: The ideal candidate will have experience operating construction equipment and a valid driver’s license. All candidates must have the ability to show up to work on time, possess a strong work ethic, show a willingness to learn, and have a positive attitude.
