To perform administrative duties including answering incoming telephone calls, assisting customers, cashiering, and any other duties assigned. In this role the candidate will work approximately 20 hours per week. We are flexible with hours and days with the only requirements being that the candidate must be able to work Saturdays (5 hours) and afternoon hours during the week. This position will approximately run from April through August.
-Greeting, assisting and directing customers as needed. This would include paging sales, parts, and service personnel.
-Answering the telephone in a timely and professional manner.
-Support the service department as needs with coordination and repair order processing.
-Update customer profiles and print reports to assist Sales Department.
-Open, sort, and distribute the mail daily.
-Contact customers as a follow up on after market for satisfaction response.
-Keep all records and papers filed as required.
-Assist with basic store upkeep and cleaning
-Coordinate with other departments as needed to accomplish work duties and responsibilities.
-Other duties as assigned.
-1+ years of administrative experience
-Excellent customer service skills
-Ability to operate a computer and Microsoft Office
-Data entry skills strongly preferred
-Ability to multi-task and work under minimal supervision
