Provides direction and coordinates activities of production employees enabling them to reach the daily job objectives, quality and productivity goals, in a safe working environment. Responsible for preparing operational schedules, developing standard work practices, and maintaining personnel records. Knowledge of production methods and processes and industrial machines and equipment is necessary. The successful candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent; plus three to five years related work experience in a heavy industrial manufacturing environment. Metal fabrication industry and/or supervisory experience preferred.
This is a night shift position.
