Here at Karl Chevrolet, we will use our award-winning dealership resources to support the Sales Professionals. We will help you build your customer base through the identification of key sales and service strategies. In addition, we are dedicated to supporting your success by using the best practices in performance management, development and coaching.
This position will be responsible for helping us build our business by selling new and pre-owned cars and trucks, and creating long term relationships with our customers by providing solutions for their transportation needs. In addition, each sales professional will be responsible for meeting their sales forecast, providing a quality experience and consistently striving to exceed our customers’ expectations. The ideal candidate will be committed and stay engaged in order to consistently build their business.
Our experience tells us that a first year sales professional at our dealership will make 75-130k. Where you fall within that range will depend on your initiative. As you build your business we would expect that number will continue to rise.
